Accordingly, each RITROVO^® SELECTION is by definition one-of-a-kind bearing the mark of our culinary knowledge, recognition of quality, and ability to translate Italian culinary realities into products and formats that appeal to international sensibilities. More importantly though, it is imbued with a sense of place and tradition, of pride and dedication and, of idealistic determination on the part of our producers.

We are directly involved in getting our selections to market. In order to maximize our support of the products that we develop and the hard working families with whom we collaborate, over the years we at RITROVO^® have also become proficient and experienced Italian food importers, uncompromising yet fairly-priced direct distributors, and impassioned marketers of a reality more vital to human consumption than that measurable by cost-per-unit comparisons. Our expertise is both academic (in Italian) and "hands-on", earned over countless kilometers traveled, harvests completed, and weeks spent with our producers located throughout Italy's length and breadth.
