i know this article is about olive oil, but i want to comment on your balsamic vinegar…i just love it..i was on a weight reduction program that said i could eat all the salad, fruits and vegetables…the best part of the day was when i had my salad because all i used was the balsamic vinegar…it was so rich and delicious..i think i ate the salads just to have the balsamic vinegar…now i am spoiled..when i travel and used balsamic on my salads, nothing compares..thanks for introducing me to this great product.
