A certified organic extra virgin olive oil that is a fine and balanced blend of Coratina, Leccino, Frantoio and Ogliarola olives. Lightly bitter with floral and citrus notes, and a peppery finish that builds on the palette. A great oil for finishing - especially seafood dishes, but its full olive flavor makes it excellent for sautéing as well.
