We love this jam

After the pandemic shutdown, we foynd ourselves driving all over the city, looking for jars of Radici elderberry jam. When we found it at two places, we left one on the shelf for other desperate folk- later we regretted that. We attempted making our own from dried berries- nope. Finally, we orderd some from Ritrovo. Elderberry bliss.

Wow! This is one of the best jams I have ever tried. I make elderberry syrup and tea often but this had an amazing flavor and was very sweet.
