Makes 4 cocktails

Celebrate summer with this refreshing cherry margarita featuring Organic Cherry Balsamic. 

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups Cherries, pitted
• 1 cup Tequila Blanco
• 2 tablespoons fresh Lime juice
• 1/4 cup Triple Sec
• 1/4 cup Simple Syrup
• 2 tablespoons Ritrovo Selections Cherry Balsamic
• Ice
• Lime slices
• Fresh Cherries for garnish

For the rimmer

• 1 teaspoon Raw Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Casina Rossa Salt & Saluté Digestivo

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the cherries and tequila in a blender and pulse until the cherries are puréed.
2. Add the lime juice, Triple Sec, simple syrup, and Cherry Balsamic along with a few scoops of ice and pulse until blended, add more ice if desired and pulse until it reaches desired consistency.
3. Mix the raw sugar and Salt&Saluté in a shallow dish. Rub lime wedge around the edge of margarita glasses or tumblers and dip in the salt & sugar mix.
4. Pour in the margaritas and garnish with a lime slice and a fresh cherry.
