Seared Fish with Orange Powder - One Pan

Serves: 2 
Ingredients
1 lb  Halibut or other white fish
3 Tbsp Michele Ferrante Culinary Orange Peel Powder
1/2 Jar of Radici Chickpeas in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 C. VR aceti Organic Turmeric Balsamic
TT Salt


  
Directions
  1. Unwrap the fish fillets and season both sides with the Culinary Orange Peel Powder and Salt.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high and pour in a couple tablespoons worth of olive oil from the jar of Radici Chickpeas. 
  3. When the oil is hot add the seasoned fish and cook for three to five minutes on each side.
  4. Deglaze the pan with the 1/4 cup of Turmeric Balsamic until the vinegar is reduced by half.
  5. Add the jar of Chickpeas to the pan with the fish and heat, stirring, for about four minutes or until chickpeas are hot.
  6. Divide the chickpeas and fish evenly and serve!
