This year we have added to our amazing Abruzzo team with the edition of Tenuta San’Ilario. Owned by Laila Colanecco and her husband Roberto, and located along the beautiful Adriatic Coast in the town of Pineto (Province of Teramo). There they dedicate themselves to producing prize-winning olive oils, including organic and our new natural Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their production is done with care for small markets throughout Europe. Like Ritrovo they value both tradition and innovation. Try using this unique smoky EVOO to marinate steaks, finish grilled trout, season corn and pasta salads, add to aioli's, pestos, and hummus, or simply as a dipping oil combined with RITROVO Selections Organic Tomato Balsamic. ​
