Ingredients
1 Cantaloupe thinly sliced
3 Tsp Le Ferre Mint Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tsp Ritrovo Selections Organic Apple Balsamic. Fresh herbs of your choice (Thai purple basil, cilantro, fresh chives and chive flowers), finely chopped Italian pine nuts |
Directions
Slice Cantaloupe into thin pieces.
Drizzle with Le Ferre Mint-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Ritrovo Selections Organic Apple Balsamic. Top with finely chopped fresh herbs. Sprinkle with toasted Italian pine nuts. Buon Appetito!
