Pepper Cheese Appetizer

Serves: 2 - 4
Ingredients
6 oz. fresh goat cheese
3 whole Snacking Peppers
3 Tbsp Casina Rossa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
  1. Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the Casina Rossa EVOO to the pan and warm
  3. Drop in the snacking peppers
  4. Quickly move the peppers around in the pan for 45 seconds and remove.
  5. Let the peppers cool slightly on a cutting board 
  6. Reduce the heat in the pan to medium-low
  7. Roughly chop up peppers and add back to the pan
