2 ½ oz. (1 Spice Stack mini jar to infuse in vodka) Myrtle leaf infused vodka from RITROVO SELECTIONS™ Spice Stack (recipe below)
1 oz. liquid from RITROVO SELECTIONS™ Spiritosi Amarena Cherries
1 oz. ADI Organic Rosemary Honey
top up with Club Soda
2 oz. RITROVO SELECTIONS™ Salt & Salute Digestivo for glass rim
1 Tbsp RITROVO SELECTIONS™ Spiritosi Cherries
Infused Myrtle Vodka:
Empty 1 jar of Spice Stack Myrtle into a 1 quart Mason Jar. Add enough vodka to fill jar and close with mason jar lid. Let Myrtle infuse in vodka overnight or up to four days for maximum flavor. Strain. 1 quart of Myrtle Vodka makes enough for 12 servings of Fertile Myrtle Cocktail.
Make a salt rim by dipping glass rim first in a plate or shallow bowl of water and then in Salt & Salute Digestivo. Combine all ingredients in the glass over three or four cubes of ice. Stir and serve, garnish with Spiritosi Amarena Cherries.
