SEDANINI PASTA WITH CUNDIUN, CONTRONE PEPPER, & PARMESAN
1 package Sedannini Pasta with Celery from Umbria
1 jar Cundiun Ligurian Vegetable Appetizer
1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Cheese
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
While the pasta is cooking open the jar of Cundiun Ligurian Vegetable Appetizer, drain the oil and reserve it aside in a dish. Roughly chop the Ligurian vegetables. Once the pasta is cooked to al dente drain and toss with the reserved olive oil. Top with the chopped vegetables and finish with a generous pile of grated Parmigino or pecorino cheese.
