Massimo Sisani, the grandson of Eugenio Trampetti, and Federico Bibi, an Umbrian agricultural specialist, dedicate themselves to the production of one of the finest organic extra virgin olive oils in Italy. Their state-of-the-art process produces a mono varietal extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenol levels (indicating quality of fruit) and low free oleic acid levels (indicating freshness). Its quality, consistency and flavor have perennially placed it among the top Italian extra virgin oils. Each bottle is silver-wrapped to protect freshness and the back label is harvest-dated.
